They were raised by their grandparents living in Concord California. As a child she dreamed of becoming an elite soccer player. However, in 2002 when she was in her final year of high school she injured an ankle. In Pleasant Hill, California she graduated with an associates degree in fine arts and was able and continued to be a striking athlete in Diablo Valley College. After achieving Junior College All-American accolades, she moved to Arizona State University. However the uncertainty caused her to give up soccer. Following this, she joined California State University Fullerton and completed her BA in business management, with a specialization in human resource management. After her studies, she moved into Los Angeles to pursue a career in modeling acting and promotions. Then she came to an audition with W.W.E. Through chance and impressed the talent-scouts following a four week tryout. Then, in Orlando Florida she started her training with the Performance Center. Total Divas W.W.E is a T.V. reality show starring Total Divas W.W.E. show. Eva Marie then dyed the hair of her daughter red, and gave it her new ring-name. W.W.E. went through many changes and ups.
